As the TruHearing Market Research & Insights manager, you will inspire teams and leaders to act and make decisions by serving as the champion of our B2B and B2C customers, health plans, providers, and employees.<p "margin-left:="" 0in;="" margin-right:="" 0in"=""><span ":="" 12px"=""><span ":="" arial,="" helvetica,="" sans-serif"="">In this role, you will lead a broad variety of research projects to suit the needs of the business including our suite of NPS surveys. You will help others translate business questions into research objectives and, in turn, into studies and learning plans. You will serve as a consultant across a wide variety of teams, spanning Operations, Provider and Network Management, Marketing, and Sales. In addition to consulting across multiple departments, you will help to drive cross-functional changes to improve the customer experience.

This role is Utah-based preferred.

What You Will Do:

  • <span ":="" 12px"=""><span ":="" arial,="" helvetica,="" sans-serif"="">Manages qualitative and quantitative research projects to efficiently deliver creative, customer and market-based input on strategic and tactical business issues
  • <span ":="" 12px"=""><span ":="" arial,="" helvetica,="" sans-serif"="">Independently designs and executes standard research methodologies, partnering with team members and outside vendors to customize research design and methodologies
  • <span ":="" 12px"=""><span ":="" arial,="" helvetica,="" sans-serif"="">Conduct competitive performance analysis to assess an impact from other brands and our strengths or weaknesses compared to competitors
  • <span ":="" 12px"=""><span ":="" arial,="" helvetica,="" sans-serif"="">Prepare presentations, deliver research findings, and make strategic recommendations
  • <span ":="" 12px"=""><span ":="" arial,="" helvetica,="" sans-serif"="">Create strong interpersonal relationships with core internal clients to better understand their business needs
  • <span ":="" 12px"=""><span ":="" arial,="" helvetica,="" sans-serif"="">Organize, analyze, and derive insights from raw data from multiple, different sources
  • <span ":="" 12px"=""><span ":="" arial,="" helvetica,="" sans-serif"="">Evaluate and improve holistic survey approach and methodology
  • <span ":="" 12px"=""><span ":="" arial,="" helvetica,="" sans-serif"="">Tell compelling stories with data, making meaning for business stakeholders that drives action

<span ":="" 12px"=""><span ":="" arial,="" helvetica,="" sans-serif"="">Who You Are:

  • <span ":="" 12px"="">Five to seven years of knowledge and experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • <span ":="" 12px"="">Three to five years’ experience leading the entire lifecycle of research, from scoping to planning, executing, and reporting
  • <span ":="" 12px"="">The ability to see the big picture, taking strategic approaches to research plans
  • <span ":="" 12px"="">Strong analytical skills with some experience in statistical modeling and analysis.
  • <span ":="" 12px"="">Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; some experience with SPSS/SAS
  • <span ":="" 12px"="">Compelling, persuasive oral and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
  • <span ":="" 12px"="">Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • <span ":="" 12px"="">Market Research & Insights experience in Healthcare, Service Industry, or a Market Research vendor ideal
