Role Details

  • Hands on technical leadership while involving team members in key decisions
  • Scale the team with the best possible talent, in partnership with the recruiting team
  • Ensure each individual’s needs are met and proactively lead out on team culture
  • Collaborate on deeply integrated projects with partners across product, design, clinical, and analytics
  • Establish and maintain development patterns and best practices with team buy-in
  • Develop empathy for teammates, patients, therapists, and our partners to build impactful software experiences
  • Ensure strict adherence to the highest security standards across the team

Requirements

  • 6+ years overall engineering experience with 1+ years of management experience
  • Passion and curiosity to solve real-world problems for each individual we serve
  • Experience developing superior enterprise or consumer web applications
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Productive communication across a diverse range of audiences in a remote context
  • Strong bias to action in the face of ambiguity
  • Prior startup experience is a plus
