Now Hiring: Strategic Marketing Manager – remote

Our Marketing team is looking to fill a new role in the organization: Strategic Marketing Manager, B2B2C. The goal for this position will be to increase revenue by building awareness through cobranded marketing efforts with our clients. You will collaborate with our account management team to generate new leads through our health plan partner channel. You will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing current and new campaigns that attract potential customers.
This position requires a highly organized individual that is skilled at analyzing data and using that information to create marketing plans to help us achieve our revenue goals. You will also need to be able to simplify findings and recommendations and present information to marketing and account management teams.

  • Manage B2B2C consumer facing strategies, projects, and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with our account management team to create and execute cobranded campaigns.

  • Analyze performance of campaigns and effectively solve problems, present solutions, and resolve conflicts. Use results to inform revisions and the way forward.

  • Understand the health plan environment and incoporate innovative ways to reach their members to increase awareness

  • Gain a deep understanding of the different payor segments through primary and secondary research.

  • Understand the competitive environment, pressures and dynamic within specified business – incorporate into roadmap and marketing plans.

  • Develop strategic business cases to sell your ideas. * Other duties as assigned.

  • BA/BS degree and at least 5 years of progressive B2B2C marketing experience preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • Experience with direct mail, email marketing, social media, client events and content creation.

  • Proven experience in leading marketing campaigns and promotions

  • Solid understanding of lead distribution strategies, multiple marketing channels and marketing analytics required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — there is a heavy amount of writing, presenting, and selling ideas.

  • Ability to synthesize information (campaign metrics, market research findings, etc.) into actionable marketing strategies and plans.

  • You are an excellent problem-solver with an orientation toward hypotheses and insights – you believe everything can and should be measured and evaluated for impact and scaling potential

  • You have excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail
